Rap artist TI arrested for assault and drunkenness

At about 8:52AM, Law enforcement sources confirmed that T.I got into an argument with a security guard because he was denied entry into his gated community, after which he was granted entry but then, he returned on foot shortly afterward to confront the guard again and this time, the cops showed up and ended up apprehending him.

According to TMZ, T.I was trying to get to his house Wednesday morning at around 4AM but didn't have his keys . TI and his friend asked the guard at the security shack to let them in but he refused and that was when everything turned wild till the police showed up.

According to TMZ, The rapper did not make any physical contact with the guard but the guard feared TI might hit him during the dispute. He eventually got arrested for Assault, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness.
