Not Again: Actress Heather Locklear Just Got Apprehended For The 2nd Time In 2018 : Allegedly Attacked A Police Officer While Under The Influence Of Alcohol

Heather Locklear has just been arrested again after she was arrested four months ago. This time it was alleged that she assaulted a police officer on June 24.
According to TMT, the incident happened in the Heather's home when the police were called to her home . It was alleged that When the officers arrived, they found out the actress was "heavily drunk" and "extremely upset" to an extent that she attacked one of the officers who was trying to keep her away from members of her family. She also went further kicking an EMT who was trying to put her on a gurney.
She was eventually apprehended and taken to the hospital for examination after which the 56 year old was taken to jail where she's been held with $20,000 bail.

This makes it the second time Heather is been apprehended. The first arrest was back in February when she was arrested for domestic violence and battery against a police officer.

According to Hollywoodlife, the 56-year old actress was hospitalized and given an "involuntary psych evaluation" .
On June 17, her family called the police stating that Heather was threatening to commit suicide . Her parents decided to journey to her home and when they arrived, she became upset and got physical aggressive with them. Her mom almost lost her life during the incident as it was reported that the actress allegedly choked her mom and punched her dad which resulted in her parents calling the police.
