Prince Charles will accompain Meghan Markle down Aisle at Royal Wedding

Prince Harry and Meghan announced a day before the Royal Wedding that Harry's dad will be walking Meghan down the Aisle .
Prince Charles , 69 is not only the father of Prince Harry and Prince Williams, He is son of Queen Elizabeth II,92, and the heir apparent to the throne.
Kensington Palace confirmed the news on Friday following speculation Ms Markle's mother would take responsibility, after her father bowed out of attending the wedding.
Prince Charles is apparently quite pleased to be able to welcome his daughter-In-Law-be to the Royal family according to the statement below

However, Meghan's father, Thomas Markle would not attend the wedding after he suffered a heart attack .

"I have always cared for my father and hope he can be given the space he needs to focus on his health,"

Interestingly less than a week before the big day, reports on the US popular gossip site TMZ stated the scandal had led Mr Markle to pull out of the wedding "because he doesn’t want to embarrass the royal family or his daughter".

He also said he had suffered a heart attack the previous week.

"I hate the idea of missing one of the greatest moments in history and walking my daughter down the aisle," he told TMZ
