Angelina Jolie Demands Judge Speed Up Divorce Process With Brad Pitt

It is no news that Angelina Jolie is completely done with with Brad Pitt and the latest is that she wants their divorce to be finalized real quick.

Angelina Jolie apparently can't wait for her marriage to Brad Pitt to be over! The movie star has reportedly demanded the divorce judge finalize their divorce and – interestingly – she’s allegedly accusing him of not paying child support.

It is no news that Angelina Jolie is completely done with with Brad Pitt and the latest is that she wants their divorce to be finalized real quick.
According to claims from TMZ, The beautiful mom-of-six has allegedly filed paperwork asking the court to make their divorce official. Also, a shocking part is that the actress is alleging that the Brad is not paying “meaningful child support.” As stated in the court documents, her lawyer also reportedly alleges that the actor has not complied with the “informal arrangement” that they are to have in place.

It was also reported that Angelina wants the judge to issue a formal child support order and she wants it to be made retroactive. This comes days after it was reported that her lawyer Laura Wasser was thinking about quitting because Angelina is allegedly difficult to work with.

Fans of the Mr and Mrs Smith stars are aware that they had six kids between them during the 12 years they spent together but the issue right now is the custody arrangement.

On June 12, Us Weekly obtained court documents that claimed that the Maleficent star risked losing physical custody of her kids if she didn’t allow the kids to have a good relationship with their dad.
The Superior Court of LA County already ruled that “the kids not having a relationship with their father is harmful to them,” and that “it is critical that each of them have a healthy and strong relationship” with both parents. Temporary Custody Arrangement was then put in place to allow the children spend more time with their dad.

California divorce attorney was quoted speaking to Hollywoodlife :
"What people don’t understand is that judges are more likely to award custody to the party that shares. The most awful example of parenting in family court is a ‘gatekeeper’ – someone that refuses to allow the other parent to see the children. Angelina has already been warned. Continuing the fight will fare very badly for her.”
