Vince Vaughn's mugshot has been revealed following his surprising DUI arrest in the Southern area of California and the 48 year old was not looking very worried as he put on a 'half-smile' in his mugshot which just got released.

Vince got arrested when he and his passenger were told to pull over at a checkpoint around the hours of 12am on Sunday.
According to TMZ, both he and his passenger refused to cooperate and insisted on not exiting the vehicle and that was when they were arrested.
Although, Vince and the anonymous male passenger have posted bail and are released now.

According to TMT , the incident happened in the Heather's home when the police were called to her home . It was alleged that When the officers arrived, they found out the actress was "heavily drunk" and "extremely upset" to an extent that she attacked one of the officers who was trying to keep her away from members of her family. She also went further kicking an EMT who was trying to put her on a gurney.
